Nick Headley is the President and Founder of Latitude DST Group. Over the past 12 years, he has guided clients through over $1 billion in tax-advantaged real estate and alternative investment transactions, including Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), 1031 exchanges, and REITs. With clients across 35 states, Nick brings deep expertise and strategic insight to every exchange. His experience working for some of the largest and most respected DST sponsors in the industry gives him a unique insider perspective and a sharp analytical edge when evaluating offerings, providing an industry-leading level of insight.
Nick works closely with individual investors, family offices, and professionals nationwide to develop innovative, tax-efficient strategies focused on wealth building, preservation, protection, and estate planning—all while minimizing tax liability. Nick combines institutional-grade due diligence with a deep personal commitment to every client he serves. What truly sets him apart is not just his experience—but the level of care, integrity, and attention he brings to each investor relationship. He is a Registered Representative with Great Point Capital, LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC), and holds a series 7 and 63 registration.
